The project is designed on a 180 m² floor plan that optimizes natural light in the daytime areas, including the living room, dining room, and kitchen, which are visually integrated with the open kitchen and feature light materials such as marble and a neutral color palette.

The living room is crafted as an elegant and functional area. The sleeping quarters comprise three bedrooms, each featuring en-suite bathrooms that are uniquely designed with distinct materials and lighting, in addition to a guest toilet.

The outcome is a New Classic style residence characterized by sophisticated elements, radiance, and harmony.
